AUDITING WHAT’S ABSORBED


What you put in, comes out. Always.

All of the things in my life that I either love or wish were different are allllllll a result of what’s happening on the inside. When worry, negativity, or pessimism is what is being absorbed regularly, that is what will come out. Alternatively, positivity and growth will be reflected externally over time based on the good things that are consistently being putting in.

When you reflect on your life and the things you both love and don’t, ask yourself these questions:

  • How am I spending my time?

  • Who am I spending my time with and allowing to speak into my life?

  • What am I reading or watching? What am I listening to?

All of these create and affect our thoughts, which manifest into our reality.

I tell myself that if I am able to better manage what I am putting in, my reality will not only be what I want it to be, but I can also be a blessing to others. When we exude positivity and become the absolute best that we can be, we can be a “plus” in someone’s life.

This week, take an audit of everything you’re absorbing on a regular basis and change what needs to be changed.

There is no time to shift like the present.
