Everything in your life, good or bad, is being fueled by something. And most of the time, it looks like what you're watching, what you're saying, who you're listening to, how you speak to yourself, and what you're letting take root in your mind.

When you’re not intentional about where your energy and attention go, you’ll accidentally water the very things that are holding you back.

That’s why awareness is everything.

If you want confidence, you have to stop feeding self-doubt. If you want peace, you have to stop feeding chaos. If you want progress, you have to stop feeding the narrative that you're behind.

Start small, audit your inputs, and just start by becoming more aware of what you’re feeding in your life. What you feed becomes your life.

So this week, pay attention to what you’re feeding and make sure it’s something you actually want to grow.
