BUILDING INNER STRENGTH
Start building the strength you will need before you need it.
There will be seasons when you don’t feel motivated, when what you want feels far away, and when the answers don’t seem clear.
And in those seasons, the thing that will carry you forward will be the inner strength you’ve already built.
That’s what it means to be internally resourced - it means becoming someone who:
Leads yourself when no one else is watching
Finds ways to build up internal strength in any season
Speaks truth when things feel unclear or uncertain
Acts like the person you’re becoming, even when it feels far away
When the storm hits, you want a shelter to have a firm foundation.
Build now so you have something to draw on later.
So ask yourself this week:
When everything feels hard or uncertain, what do I lean on?
Am I becoming someone I can count on?
If you don’t feel like you are someone you can count on yet, it’s ok. It starts with small decisions every day. You may not feel a change, but one day, you will. It’s in consistency and small decisions that you will see yourself start to change and morph into a different version of yourself.
You won’t always feel like the best version of you, but if you keep leading yourself like you are, eventually you’ll become someone that your past self would've never recognized.
This week, find small, daily, and consistent ways to lead yourself and show up like it’s already true.
